By showcasing compelling visuals and statistics, the project aims to inspire positive behavior change and promote sustainable practices.
Target Audience for the Video
The target audience for this video includes individuals who regularly use plastic products in their daily lives, such as plastic bags, bottles, and utensils. This audience may range from young adults to middle-aged individuals who are open to making environmentally conscious choices. The video aims to engage and educate this audience on the impact of their consumption habits and empower them to make more sustainable choices.
Material Gathering
For this project, I utilized free stock footage related to plastic pollution sourced from reputable online platforms. The footage included scenes of plastic waste in oceans, landfills, and urban environments, effectively illustrating the widespread impact of plastic consumption.
Editing Workflow:
Organizing Footage: I categorized and selected footage that best conveyed the narrative of the video, ensuring a coherent and impactful storyline.
Editing Process: Using Adobe Premiere Pro, I arranged the selected footage into a sequence that flowed logically, beginning with the problem of plastic pollution and concluding with solutions and calls to action.
Adding Voiceover: I generated an AI voiceover using text-to-speech technology to narrate the story and present key statistics and facts about plastic pollution.
